Abstract

The article explores the relevance of developing and implementing a multisensory methodology for teaching foreign languages to future police officers. It substantiates the appropriateness of using a multisensory approach in training competent and competitive professionals capable of effectively interacting with representatives of other cultures and solving professional tasks in a foreign language. The article provides a detailed description of the multisensory approach, which is based on activating various perceptual channels to enhance the effectiveness of learning. It analyzes the advantages of using multisensory techniques in foreign language instruction, such as improved retention, increased motivation, and the development of communication skills. The article also offers specific examples of multisensory exercises and tasks tailored to the professional context of police work.
