Abstract: Prevention of domestic violence by Russian police officers is a complex of socially important measures ensuring protection of life, health, public order, prevention of crimes and administrative delicts... This requires the police to be legally competent, tactful and understanding of family conflicts, since it is early intervention that often predetermines the cessation or escalation of domestic aggression.
