Annotation  The article examines the role of the education system and awareness-raising initiatives in the formation of an intolerant attitude of youth towards domestic violence. Based on the analysis of existing programs, it is shown that comprehensive education, combining the development of emotional intelligence, nonviolent interaction skills and critical thinking, helps to reduce victimized behavior of adolescents, deconstruct gender stereotypes and develop sustainable social norms that exclude violence. It is concluded that systematic education is a key factor in the formation of a culture of zero tolerance in society.
