ENGINEERING PROTECTION OF HIGHWAYS FROM DANGEROUS GEOLOGICAL PHENOMENA

The article is devoted to road safety and engineering protection issues. Engineering protection of highways is a set of measures that can ensure their safe exploitation. Commonly, the engineering service is structured within three stages: slope stability analysis, detailed examination of hazardous road sections and implementation of complex engineering measures. Research methods such as sampling, taking photos of slopes and visual examination have been applied in ten sections of a route.
