Abstract. Taking into account the urgent need to respond to the contemporary challenges faced by the police, the organization of psychological support for the activities of police officers has become highly relevant. Properly structured psychological support enables the effective management of human resources within the police system, promotes the full professional self-realization of personnel, and contributes to the activation of officers’ psychological potential. Overall, it enhances the effectiveness and reliability of police activities.
