Summary։ In this article, the author thoroughly discussed the theoretical and practical aspects related to the uniform application of laws and other normative legal acts and the uniformity of judicial practice (legal positions) by the Court of Cassation RA.
The article justifies the point of view, that the legislative changes from 2021 to 2022 contribute to a certain extent, so that the Court of Cassation can fulfill its mission in the mentioned field. At the same time, the article emphasizes, that there are still problems in the legislative field and in practice, which should receive adequate solutions in the context of constitutional and judicial reforms.
