Annotation: The role of video surveillance systems in preventing and detecting crimes cannot be overestimated. The legislative regulations of the Republic of Armenia already stipulate that video recordings, audio-visual recordings, and audio recordings can serve as evidence in criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings in accordance with the established procedure.
The article touches upon the legal regulations governing the use of audio-visual recordings as evidence and the specifics of their examination.
