This article analyzes the criminal and administrative legal provisions establishing liability for crimes and administrative offenses related to vehicle registration plates. Special attention is given to the overlapping and similar elements of these acts, and the challenges of distinction between respective crimes and offenses.
The author examines problematic aspects of qualifying crimes and administrative offenses related to vehicle registration plates and offers recommendations on the criteria for differentiating relative crimes and offenses, as well as on resolving and eliminating collisions of criminal and administrative legal norms.
