SOME ISSUES RELATED TO TIMELY SUPPORT FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Providing support to victims of domestic violence is one of the important areas of state activity. The author has attempted to analyze the existing international experience in the field under discussion and, in its context, domestic legal regulations, existing experience in the practical field and directions for its development. In addition, statistical data on the sector were analyzed. As a result of a combined study of the analyzed statistical data, international and domestic legal acts, the author came to the conclusion that as a result of the new decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, financial support will be more substantiated and targeted.
