Abstract. This article illustrates the main issues related to the legal liability of medical workers in the Republic of Armenia. The study outlines the types of legal liability applicable to medical workers, with particular emphasis on disciplinary liability. Disciplinary liability is differentiated into provisions applicable to all employees and those specific to medical workers as a distinct professional category. The author analyzes the issues of disciplinary liability of medical workers in the light of violation of labor discipline and breach of professional ethics and presents some proposals on terms and procedure for appeal.
