SOME KEY ISSUES IN THE CONSOLIDATION OF LEGAL PROVISIONS ON CRIMINAL SUBCULTURE IN THE GENERAL PART OF THE CRIMINAL CODE

Summary։ This article addresses certain issues regarding the establishment of legal norms related to criminal subculture in the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. Based on the research, and taking into account the experience of some foreign countries, the author concludes that in some institutions of the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, there is a need to define special legal norms related to criminal subculture, while in others, the absence of such legal regulation does not hinder effective criminal law enforcement against the criminal subculture.
