Annotation: This article is dedicated to revealing the features of the rights of a person with the right of construction։ The article referred to the powers of the developer stipulated in the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, pointed out the shortcomings of some legislative regulations, made a comparative analysis, presented the legal regulations in force in foreign countries on some issues, as well as the opinion of the author regarding these regulations.
In the article, the author presented proposals to improve legislative regulations on some issues and arguments justifying them.
