On the 8^th of April of this year the 5^th meeting of Scientific Council of Educational Complex took place during 2021, which was symbolic: Deputy Head of Department of Human Resources, police captain G. Karapetyan reached to the age of pension, on the occasion of which she was awarded with souvenir-watch according to the order of Head of Police of RA. It was handed by the Head of Educational Complex, police major general M. Babayan. 

The meeting was continued with agenda discussion, as a result of which the scientific council decided to certify the arrangement of Patrol Policing learners’ practice regulation, it was made amendments in the regulation of Scientific Council of Police Educational Complex of RA, it was also made amendments in the order concerning to checking and differentiated exams of preliminary vocational education for the qualification “Patroling” of the specialization “Policing” and its additional training projects, it was discussed reports made as a result of implemented works of strategic plan of Educational Complex for 2020, as well as it was discussed the issue for awarding two representatives of professoral-lecturing staff the rank of associate professor.
