On the 22^nd of December there was held the meeting of scientific group of “Crime detection and investigation issues’ research”, adjacent to the Chair of Criminal intelligence and forensic science, as well as Chair of Criminal process of the Academy of the Educational Complex of Police of RA on “Main problems of judicial deposition of testimony”. The scientific group was carried out by the Deputy Head of the Academy of the Police Educational Complex of RA, PhD of Law, associate professor, police lieutenant colonel A. Hovhannisyan. During the meeting learners on paid basis education of the 3^rd year of Law faculty of the Academy Ruzanna Margaryan and Lala Alekyan had their speeches on the given issue.

After the speeches, scientific group’s members discussed about the necessity of involvement of the judicial deposition institute and current legal regulations within the framework of New Criminal Code of RA.
