The representatives of the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program at the Educational Complex of Police of RA

     On the 24th of January Deputy Director of the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) Arturo Venegas, Deputy Director on European and Eurasian issues of the Headquarter of the program Stephen Fields, coordinator of the Program headquarter Nicholas Gardiner, representative of ICITAP in Armenia Steve Schneider, Mission adviser of ICITAP on Armenian national police reforms Amalya Hovsepyan, and INL project coordinator of the USA embassy in Yerevan Karine Keshabyan visited the Educational Complex of Police of RA.

The visitors met with the leadership staff of the Educational Complex, managed by the Head of the Educational Complex of Police Educational Complex of RA, police colonel M. Muradyan. 

The Head of the Educational Complex greeted the guests, expressed gratitude for the visit: “I highly appreciate the support of ICITAP to the educational projects and training of responsible professionals. As a result of mutual job now we have improved project of patrol service: while comparing the first and last alumni currently I see progressed police officers in difficult tasks such as detecting crime, keeping traffic safety. I hope that our cooperation will have continuation”.

Deputy director of ICITAP Arturo Venegas also thanked to the management staff of the Educational Complex of Police of RA for warm welcome: “One of our goals is to support to educational project reforms and sharing the best experience, especially seeing your strong will and readiness”.

During the meeting other type of issues of mutual interests were discussed.

The visitors had also cognitive tour around the Educational Complex, visited the Simulation classrooms and PT gyms.

At the end of the meeting Arturo Venegas wished success to the Leadership staff of the Educational Complex in realizing productively  difficult educational  reform projects.
