ABOUT THE ORDER GIVEN BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA CONCERNING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF ARMAN SARGSYAN ON THE POSITION OF THE HEAD OF POLICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
Based on the proposal of Prime-minister of RA, the 1st part of the article 133 of the Constitution, as well as 2nd part of the article 13 of Law on “Policing” in RA, it is ordered to appoint Arman Sargsyan on the position of the Head of Police of RA.
