On the 23th of June there was held the 6^th meeting of scientific council of the Educational Complex of Police of RA. As a result of agenda discussion the scientific council decided to make amendments in the order on “Scientific, annual research summary arrangement and implementation”: annual scientific research topics must be introduced to the Division of Scientific and Quality Assurance 2 months before launching the Academic year. On the basis of the given amendment some common suggestions will be revealed to foreign partner institutions. The meeting was summed up with discussions to award the scientific rank of Associate professor to the PhD of Pedagogical sciences, Associate professor of the Chair of Languages of the Educational Complex, police lieutenant colonel Galina Rusakova. As a result, it was decided,  in order to  endow the scientific rank of Associate professor to Galina Rusakova,  to make proper letter to the Higher qualification committee for providing a diploma corresponding to a scientific title.
