On 12th of March there was carried out the first meeting of Student Council during second semester of educational year 2019-2020. At the beginning of the meeting, previous Head of Student Council Sergey Badalyan had welcoming speech, after presenting the agenda of discussion.  The main goal of the meeting was the election of the Head of Student Council, appointment of Secretary and making changes within staff member. The election was carried out on the basis of the point 12.2 of the Charter of “Educational Complex of Police of RA” SNCO.

The candidates, who were tend to be president of Student Council, were two among nominated: learner of second year of free based education of Law faculty of Academy of Educational Complex, police sergeant Armen Mkrtchyan and learner of third year of paid basis education of Law faculty Samvel Hakobyan.

According to the majority of votes, Samvel Hakobyan was elected as  a Head of Student Council.

The newly elected president expressed his gratitude to his friends, emphasizing that it is a very responsible and difficult duty for being trusted  and which is very important to coordinate further activities:

-The main function has been and is remained the protection of rights and obligations of students, which is going to be realized within the framework of active participation in management of Educational Complex, -as it mentioned the newly elected president.

Relying on the 14th point of the same Charter, the Head of Student Council appointed secretary, who is hereinafter the third year student of free based education of Law faculty of Academy of Educational Complex of Police of RA, police sergeant Lilia Hovakimyan.
