The English lesson in the third grade of the academy of the Police Educational Complex of RA was held in a format of round-table discussion on December 18, 2017. The cadets finished the detective story entitled “THE MAN WHO ESCAPED” and made a round-table discussion. During the discussion the future police officers demonstrated their professional abilities and turned the whole teaching process into a discussion with appropriate English terminological vocabulary. They enumerated the mistakes made by the law enforcement agencies of Scotland Yard, noted their professional skills and abilities. Meanwhile, the cadets compared the judicial system of England with that of Armenia.

At the end the cadets read a verdict convicting the real traitors of their home country, acquitting and giving moral and material compensation to the innocent convict.

The English lesson in the first grade of the academy of the Police Educational Complex of RA was festive. The cadets were celebrating the coming New Year and Christmas. They represented in English how these holydays are celebrated in Armenia and in different countries and came up with interesting information about Christmas.

Some creative cadets had written English poems on New Year and had made New Year cards and wallpapers. They had organized an interesting game. As a result all the participants got nice wishes. Also, they represented the origin of the song “Jingle Bells” and in the end all the cadets sang it together.

The event was held by the inspectors of the International Cooperation and IT Unit, police senior-lieutenant Angela Muradyan and police senior-lieutenant Anna Gasparyan. They highly appreciated the cadets’ undertaking and the event on the whole.
