Cooperation Protocol between the RoA Police Educational Complex and the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

May 4, 2014 – The representatives of the Omsk Academy of the Russian Ministry of the Interior participated in a delegation to Yerevan. The delegation was composed of Colonel Alexander Paradnikov, Academic Deputy Head, Colonel Alexander Stepanenko, Deputy Head of Academy in human resource management, Major Viacheslav Kuznetsov, Assistant to the head on international cooperation.

The visit aimed at signing a cooperation agreement in the field of education between the RoA Police Educational Complex and the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The Protocol was signed on May 5 in the Police Educational Complex. The delegation members also met the Armenian graduates of the Omsk Academy and awarded medals and souvenirs to them. The delegation members were briefed on the structure of the Educational Complex and the activities carried out for ensuring effective educational process.

On May 6, a meeting with the faculty was held. The Omsk Academy donated a great number of course books, professional course books and other scientific-methodical manuals to the Educational Complex.

Based on the order of the Armenian Chief of Police, Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan, the members of the delegation were awarded medals and badges by Lieutenant General Hovh. Varyan for strengthening and developing cooperation. The delegation members were pleased to note the importance of  mutual cooperation and hoped to further strengthen it.
